So I’m out there shoveling my driveway for the first time since my Dad made me do it more than 15 years ago. I’m thinking, “this is great exercise.” But I got winded fast. And then a voice from the distance called out to me. It was my new neighbor who knew my name somehow. We greeted each other and exchanged pleasantries. He then offered the use of his Toro snowblower. I hesitated a bit, but he then said forcefully, “I’ll bring it over when I’m done. This is a neighborhood that shares.”
As I walked away I thought, “I wonder what else he has in that garage?”
