Nacional 27

Went into the city last night for an anniversary dinner at Nacional 27. Loved it. I highly recommend it. I am hoping my friend and colleague who runs the Read It and Eat blog dines there soon and gives it a worthier review than this.

Here’s a brief description from the site. Really seems like quite the scene. We had a table on the dance floor. Apparently, the tables are cleared at 11PM. The place reminded me of the clubs Tony Montana frequented in the movie Scarface.

WOW! A restaurant review! And a personal mention–I’m so excited. And dismayed that our blog is miserably out of date, but I’ll get back on it soon.

      I can’t wait to try Nacional 27!!

I bet there is not much Latin anything in Wilmette. LOL. Sounds like fun. Glad you could get away. I was commenting recently to a friendly service person at a local restaurant that my family was new to the area. I went on and on about all of the conveniences–just about everything is here, “except and Olive Garden,” I said. “Oh, that’s coming next year,” he replied. Totally not surprised– Too bad there will not be a Nacional 27 in Hilliard.
