I decided I wanted a bigger tree this year. What we failed to realize is that a bigger tree requires a bigger tree stand. Off to the hardware store.
We played football today in our front yard with the neighbors. It is a pretty cool feeling seeing your son trying to play football for the first time on Thanksgiving. Here’s to many more football games on Thanksgiving Day.

I stepped on the sprinkler Thursday night while rolling it into the hose winder-upper and holder. It cracked. Good thing it rained the last few days or the flowers would have been in trouble.
